The benefits of purchasing a Chevrolet do not end when the sale is finalized. Chevrolet continues to care for their customers through CompleteCare services, warranties, and roadside assistance services.
Chevrolet CompleteCare
During the first 12 months of owning a 2019 Chevrolet, one oil and oil filter change is covered by CompleteCare. In addition, tire rotations are covered according to your maintenance schedule. Owners of one of the diesel vehicles benefit from DEF tank refills as well.
Warranties
Chevrolet provides a three year or 36,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty that covers any repairs stemming from a defect in the vehicle. This warranty also covers the original tires, but the cost of those repairs are pro-rated after 12,000 miles. The powertrain (the engine, drive systems, transmission/transaxle, transfer case, and emission control systems) is covered for five years or 60,000 miles. All body and sheet metal components are guaranteed against rust-through corrosion for six years or 100,000 miles. On Volt, Bolt EV and Malibu Hybrid models, owners are covered for eight years or 100,000 miles on certain electric propulsion components in addition to bumper-to-bumper coverage.
Roadside Assistance and OnStar
All Chevrolet models have roadside assistance and courtesy transportation services for five years or 60,000 miles. Courtesy transportation services are extended to eight years or 100,000 miles for Bolt EV and Volt models. Each new Chevrolet is equipped with OnStar services which gives the driver access to roadside assistance services with the touch of a button. OnStar also provides customers with automatic crash response, emergency services, crisis assistance, and stolen vehicle assistance.
