I would have given a 5 Star rating like always but this time I was disappointed when I picked up my 2019 Chevy Malibu. First ....... the service advisor Billy was great in taking care of me as always when I come to Don Nester for service. He is polite, caring and knowledgable on my needs for any service. Second ....... It was the technician that worked on my car that. The replacement of the rear seat belt was fine. What I was disappointed in was the mud that was left in the rear seat and trunk area which had to be from the shoes of the tech. I cleaned up the mess which should never have happened. Again I want to stress Don Nester is a great dealer which is why I purchased two vechicles from them in the last 10 years.

Over all the experience was very nice. Scott was a great salesman to deal with. And l found the dealership a pleasant place to do business at. Two things did not set well with me though, both I took time to point out in a timely manner. First was a issue with a dealer installed option that was more about style than functionality. I was told flat out it was cut in stone when I suggested that I would like to have it exchanged for a cheaper option (front mudflaps) with no change in the invoice. Even swap, answer no can do. Very humbling. Second issue was with the source of the credit that was presented to me. They did not offer any choices to me. I have a very exceptional credit score, not by accident. I was expecting to obtaining another loan with GM finance. This has been the case with most of my GM purchases over the years, both my father and brother were full career employees, so I've been a frequent user of the GMS discount program. The features of GM financial have been appreciated. In conversation with the fiance dude about this in his office I was quite surprised when he told me he was a member of said credit union that the loan was obtained from. The thing is to me, that I'm not a hard case risk, it seems that I should have seen some options, not just given away as a sure money making risk to some employee's credit union. Sorry if this is not what you were fishing for, but it is what I observed during my purchase at your dealership. Respectfully, John Guisbert

They were great. The last time I had my tires rotated at a different dealership, they forgot to put my lug nut lock back in my car. This dealership got a hold of the lock maker and was able to get me a replacement. They were fast, friendly, and did great work.
