The 2019 Chevrolet Traverse has been the talk of many consumers as it has been gaining popularity since it first made its debut in 2008. The full size SUV provides both comfort and performance and goes toe to toe with many of it’s competitors. One of the biggest perks of the Traverse is that it is offered in 7 different trim levels to suit just about anyone. Today we are going to take a closer look at each trim level to give you a quick snapshot of what they all include.

L

For the Traverse, your base model is going to include the L trim which includes a 3.6 L v6 engine and 9 speed automatic transmission. Standout features include a rear view camera, StabiliTrack stability control, Teen Driver technology, HID headlights, LED daytime running lights, 18″ wheels, body color door handles, and black body side moldings.

LS

On the LS model of the Traverse, you are going to get all of the same great features as the L trim level. The LS trim offers deep tinted glass on this trim level to allow for better sun deflection to keep your car cooler.

LT Cloth

The next trim level up is going to be the LT cloth which includes all of the same features as the LS, but with a few upgrades of its own. On the LT cloth trim level, you are going to get fog lights, heated power windows painted to match the body color, black of rails, Sirius XM radio, 7 passenger seating, 8 way power adjustable driver seat, and a leather wrapped steering wheel.

LT Leather

An upgrade from the LT Cloth, the LT Leather trim has the same features, but obviously with leather interior and a few more upgrades. These features include Lane Change Alert, Rear Park Assist, height programmable rear power lift gate, remote start, enhance driver information center, 6 way power adjustable seats, a universal home remote transmitter, and heater driver and passenger seats in the front.

RS

Building off of the LT Leather trim level, the RS Traverse sees a few upgrades plus the addition of a 2.0L turbocharged 4 cylinder engine. The new upgrades for this package include 20″ Dark Android painted aluminum wheels and a Signature Black accent package that includes black roof rails, black bow-ties, gloss black window trim and Black Ice front grille.

Premier

If you are wanting a more luxurious Traverse, you can opt for the Premier package with the 3.6L V6 engine and 9 speed automatic transmission. The Premier has all of the same features of the LT Leather package with the addition or substitution of the following features: rectangular dual exhaust tips, LED projector head lights, heated body color mirrors, body color moldings with chrome inserts, chrome door handles, chrome roof rails, 20″ Argent Metallic aluminum wheels, hands free power rear lift-gate with Chevrolet emblem projection, power driver seat/outside mirror/steering column memory, heated steering wheel, leather seats, and wireless charging.

High Country

For those wanting the top of the line and fully loaded Traverse, the High Country trim level is what you will want. Housing all of the same features as the Premier, it gets the addition of all wheel drive, trailing equipment, Forward collision alert, front pedestrian braking Lane Keep Assist, adaptive cruise control, 20″ polished wheels, and IntelliBeam automatic high beam assist.
